The full name's Mason Paul Keddler, but most people call me Mason. In case you couldn't tell, I'm a guy. I came into this world kicking and screaming on November 22, and 17 years later, I still haven't stopped. Back then, I lived in Seattle. I'm a(n) Caucasion dealing with the stress of 11th grade.

body type :: athletic
likes :: climbing trees, steak, checkers, music, sports, nice people, ice cream, social gatherings (not too crowded), animals, hand-written letters
dislikes :: smell of tobacco, fish, hardcore gaming, really loud noises, garbage trucks, homework, long lectures, cleaning up messes, people who are forceful about their beliefs, meatballs
habits :: cracking knuckles, biting lip, tapping toe softly
flaws :: bi-polar, stubborn, doesn't think before acting, lashes out randomly, careless
positive attributes :: good listener, usually respectful, cares about little things, does well academically, sympathetic
secret(s) :: committed murder at age 14; he was having one of his mood swings and became very angry at a fellow student to the point where he lost control and killed him, which is why he moved here so he could avoid getting caught
pet peeve(s) :: when people harm animals
personality :: As stated earlier, Mason has bi-polar disorder, and he has it very badly. So he has intense mood swings and can go from being happy-go-lucky one minute to lashing out at someone the next. When he's happy, he's very sweet and chivalrous. When he's mad, he'll pretty much punch anyone who comes his way. He cares deeply about animals and will not stand for it if any person harms them. He is very emotional and passionate about many things. If he decides to do or try something, he gives it his all. He's committed and loyal, but may easily become unnecessarily violent and enraged.

background check :: Mason's mother, Martha Keddler, died when he was 5 years old and just starting kindergarten (from giving birth to his younger sister Katrina). However, this didn't phase Mason too much because Martha was always away from home and didn't show a lot of care for the kids. During this time, the kids' father, Paul Keddler, was very active in their lives. But after the death of his wife, he began isolating himself from the rest of his family and very nearly neglected his children. This is why all three of the kids (Mason, Andrew, and Katrina) looked to their Uncle Sam as a more fatherly figure. He essentially took the place of Paul and was always visiting the kids and doing fun things with them.
In his early years, Mason was always strangely violent at times and at others was quite calm. His kindergarten, first grade, and second grade teachers all mentioned this to his father because they felt Mason endangered the other students. But it was finally the second grade teacher who helped Mason's dad figure out that it was bi-polar disorder. Mason developed a close bond with this teacher, Miss Higgins, and when she died in a house fire when Mason was in 8th grade, he was crushed. That year, because he was dealing with the loss of a close friend, his mood swings really started to get the best of him. He became even angrier than usual, and this was especially demonstrated when he lost all self-control and actually killed a fellow student for stealing his notebook.
After killing the guy, named Bret, Mason realized the severity of what he had done, and he ran off to Chicago to avoid getting caught. He left his family behind, but took the pet dog Rosco with him. He's made a point to hide the fact that he once killed someone, and he doesn't want anyone knowing about it. He lives on his own (with no one but his dog), and he tries to keep this under wraps too.
role play sample ::Mason sniffed the cool, spring air and gazed up at the pale-grey sky. The world was soaked with 6 long hours of rain. Across the street, Mason saw a man stumble out of his garage, struggling to carry a gigantic pile of wood across the driveway and into a pickup truck. Mason glanced around, saw no one else was there to offer help, and decided he'd go over.
When the man saw Mason jogging across the road toward him, he went wide-eyed, dropped the pile of wood, and bolted away in the opposite direction. Perplexed, Mason slowed to a stop and called out, "Hey, I was just going to help you!" When the man kept running, Mason shrugged and shook his head, then simply turned around and headed back home.
